My career started being a Saturday girl then an apprentice in a salon in Weymouth, Dorset . I absolutely soaked up every bit of training I was given ! When I qualified I quickly realised that my passion was colour and after gaining salon experience I secured an Educator role with Goldwell . Going into salons and colleges giving them the information and techniques on the colour and brand was awesome! Also working within the artistic team in The Academy, Mayfair and in certain shows . I loved it ! Within this time I won Colour educator of the year .
From there I managed a team of educators in the South ,South East and South West .
My career from there took me on to a hybrid role of sales and education which was equally exciting. But I missed ‘ hands on ‘
Sarah George Freelance Hair Consultancy was born out of my passion for creating colour .
I pride myself in my consultation sessions where I can spend up to an hour really listening to the hair goals of my potential clients and advising on products, their commitment and if the ‘ look ‘ is suitable or in fact achievable. I am always honest and professional.
All my sessions are conducted with passion , and a want to give that particular client the very best of me , my skills and the professional products that I use .
Also starting in 2023 I will be educating for two Colour brands along side my business. I’m so excited for this as I can bring my techniques and knowledge back to my clients sessions !!
