Becky, based in Chesterfield, opened her first salon at 19 and holds over 20 years of specialising in hair loss, hair extensions and wig making. This exceptional lady has worked across the nation whilst owning her own salon, Becky Candy Salons.
One thing that stood out to us is that she has worked at London Fashion Week whilst having her work featured in an array of hairdressing and fashion magazines!
Becky holds an Assessors Award Level 2 & 3 amongst other qualifications such as Hair Extensionist Wig Making. Awards she has received include the 2021 Joico Award, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Business of the Year & Manager of the Year; which goes to show how seriously awe-inspiring she is!

Becky’s Vision For the Future
Becky has said her goodbyes to BCS, journeying on to her next career aspirations as a hairdressing coach. She aims to help businesses achieve success and prosperity by applying the correct skills and experiences in their work.
Her coaching is unlike any other; she states that her key skills have always been active listening and supporting businesses day in, and day out as opposed to one-time calls here and there. She seeks to guide and mentor businesses to ensure they believe in themselves to really hit their aspirations.
Alongside mentoring, Becky promotes business tools to her salons, one of which is Stylebook Directory, to ensure trainee stylists/hairdressers can hit the ground running to begin building upon their online portfolio.
